House rules
Free speech here has a floor, and the floor protects the people who speak. Anger, dissent, and uncomfortable truths stay. The following does not.
What gets removed
- Threats and incitement to violence against any person or group.
- Doxxing: publishing private information (home addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, private photos) about anyone.
- Harassment of private individuals, including coordinated pile-ons.
- Illegal content. Any sexual content involving minors is reported and removed immediately, with zero tolerance.
- Spam, scams, and malware links.
- Impersonating administrators or other users.
Write like it matters
This site exists for truth, so help it earn trust. Separate what you saw from what you suspect. Say when something is your opinion. Accuse institutions and public conduct, with facts, rather than making claims about private people you can't back up. Stories that hold up are the ones that can't be dismissed.
How it's enforced
Use the Report button on any article or comment; a human reads every report. Content that breaks these rules is removed. Repeat or serious violations get the account suspended or deleted. There is no approval queue before you post, and we only act after the fact.
If you're in danger
Anonymity helps, but it isn't a shield against everything. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services before writing anything. Your safety matters more than the story.
